Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
SparkPNT offers PointPerfect subscriptions from u-blox. Plans are available on a monthly or annual basis. Monthly plans are billed every 30 days. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at the time of purchase. All subscription fees are charged in USD.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. Upon cancellation, your PointPerfect account access will remain active through the end of your current billing period, after which it will be deactivated. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no partial-period access is provided after the cycle ends.
All sales are final. SparkPNT does not offer refunds on subscription fees, including for unused portions of a billing period or annual plan.
Pausing
You may pause your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. When paused, your PointPerfect account access will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will be suspended. No further charges will be made while your subscription is paused.
You may resume your subscription at any time. Upon resumption, your existing PointPerfect credentials will be reactivated — you do not need to set up a new account.
SparkPNT reserves the right to establish maximum pause durations in the future with advance notice to subscribers.
Credential Management
After your subscription is activated, you will receive a separate email containing your PointPerfect username and password within one business day. These credentials are tied to your order number. If you have multiple active subscriptions, reference your order number to identify which credentials correspond to which subscription.
If you lose your credentials, please contact us at customerservice@sparkpnt.com with your order number and we will assist you.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect payment at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the full payment to reserve your place in line for when the product comes into stock. Orders will be fulfilled, first come, first served.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
